The United States shall:

5.1 Re-enter Paris Climate Agreement

5.2 Make tackling Climate Change a priority at home while modeling for and partnering with the rest of the world.

5.3 Address environmental injustice in less-developed nations and provide frontline nations a seat at the decision-making table.

5.4 Build a clean economy no later than 2035.
